Tunes for Breakfast is a daily album recommendation blog that covers bright spots in every genre. We love music and we want to share our favorites, regardless of genre, year of release, or other arbitrary boundaries. This is not a music review site: we neither want to talk about music we dislike, nor do we want to assign scores to art. Our choices are not necessarily meant to be “the best” but merely good albums that are worth a listen.
We write to answer the question: “why do I love this album?” Our blurbs are more personal than technical, so we only talk about history or technique insofar as it gives us a reason to love the music.
